Short for "Orkin Environmental - 30-Day," OE-30 is an environmentally friendly solution proprietary to Orkin that organically breaks down drain grease and grime. Based on biotechnology similar to that used to clean up hazardous oil spills from trains or ocean tankers, OE-30 contains no pesticides. Rather, it uses naturally occurring enzymes and bacteria to remove grease and grime buildup in drains without chemicals that may pose environmental health threats. This groundbreaking technology is safe for plumbing systems as well.

OE-30 is extremely easy to apply and is used in mop water as part of an existing cleaning program. Because it acts over time, OE-30 needs multiple applications to penetrate the small cracks and crevices in flooring. OE-30 is an organic, non-corrosive, non-toxic, non-pathogenic substance. It works best on its own and should not be mixed with any other cleaners or chemicals. In addition to being used in every day cleaning activities, OE-30 can be applied directly to areas of extreme grease buildup for quicker results.

By removing organic material from floors and drains, OE-30 not only cleans, but it also deprives pests of food sources and greatly reduces grimy buildup. Buildup of organic matter, especially in drains, can attract and serve as a breeding ground for fruit and drain flies.
